This note describes the service-request form on the ChattyDaddy website.

What you choose to share

The form asks for your name, email, business, the scope you’re interested in and a message. Submit only information you’re comfortable sharing for a reply about the service. Please don’t include passwords, payment details or sensitive customer records.

How the request is used

Your request is sent to the configured operator inbox through Cloudflare Email Service. The public receiving address is hello@chattydaddy.com. Your reply permission applies to this request; the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Your browser

If a send fails or its outcome is uncertain, the request can remain in this browser so it can be retried without losing your words. A confirmed send removes that pending request. You can save a text copy. Clearing this website’s local browser storage removes a retained draft.

Request receipts

A small receipt containing the request fingerprint, delivery state, reference and provider message ID is kept in active Cloudflare storage for seven days to prevent duplicate sends. The inquiry text is not stored in that receipt. Messages remain in the operator inbox according to its retention choices; hosting backups and logs can have different retention.

The visual example

The particle sculpture and call walkthrough are illustrative. This website does not access your microphone, record audio, place calls, make bookings or send its sample conversation anywhere.

Hosting and protection

The site uses Cloudflare hosting. The form checks requests and uses temporary rate limits to reduce spam. Request content and API credentials are not deliberately written to application console logs. Provider and hosting retention follow the accounts configured by the site operator.

Questions or deletion

Email hello@chattydaddy.com to ask the site operator about your submitted request or its deletion. Include your confirmation reference if you have one.

A new operator should update this note with their contact information and any additional tools before adding CRM, voice recording, payments or analytics. Those systems are not connected by this website.
